I especially love the living and dinning room setups 😊

Doors are hollow, framing is MDF, door handles will fail guaranteed, you will not be able to hang anything on the walls that has any weight to it, due to the plasterboard being one of the cheapest on the market. Please do not fall for the surface shine, as underneath it is absolutely SHOCKING

Stay away for Taylor wimpy builds.

The lower floor WC would be better having a window especially in a damp and cool climate like Britain. It needs all the natural sunlight and air circulation. Thank goodness all the other bathrooms have a window.

They went all out on that Autumn bedroom even the lighting made it look misty. Outstanding design. Best house so far!

Avoid this builder

You should check the Sunningdale also. Similar but more spacious and better master.

Good value for the price. On my new build in the East Midlands a house this size is nearly £1m. Lovely location too.
